About Toni L. Vazquez, MBA

Chief Systems Officer

Toni Vazquez is the Chief Systems Officer (CSO) at RV Healthcare Consultant (RVHC). She is responsible for providing all high level consulting related to systems integration on all platforms. In addition to her responsibilities at RVHC, Toni manages systems at the Greater Buffalo United Accountable Heathcare Network (GBUAHN) and is also the co-owner and practice administrator of Urban Family Practice (UFP). UFP is a state-of-the art’ medical facility located on the West Side of Buffalo that serves over 14,000 patients annually.

Vazquez is a philanthropist and has served on various committees and boards. She co-founded The Raul and Toni Vazquez Foundation. She is an elected member, and current president, of the Williamsville Central School District Board of Education. She is a lifetime member of The National Black MBA Association. Vazquez is a member of the Higher Heights’ Founders’ Circle. The Higher Heights Organization works to build, expand and sustain a national political infrastructure to strengthen black women’s political power and leadership capacity. She also serves on the Buffalo Zoo Board of Directors, Amherst Diversity Commission, Visit Buffalo Niagara Board of Directors, and the Buffalo/Niagara Convention Center Board of Directors.

Vazquez earned her Six Sigma certification from Villanova University. She is a graduate of the Women’s Campaign School at Yale University. She earned a Master’s of Business Administration from Medaille College, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
